Harrison Edge offers a choice to Landlords of either a Managed or Non Managed Letting Service.

For owners experienced and happy to manage their own property from point of Let, we offer the service of preparing basic Letting Particulars, advertising the property, showing the property to prospective tenants, obtaining References, preparing the Tenancy Agreement, arranging the Deposit and First Months Rent, arranging a Tenants Standing Order for future payments and overseeing the handover.  We will also be able to arrange upon the Landlords behalf an Energy Performance Certificate where applicable and where necessary Gas Safety Certificates.
