We will also be able to arrange upon the Landlords behalf an Energy Performance Certificate where applicable and where necessary Gas Safety Certificates.
For those wishing to take advantage of greater peace of mind, Harrison Edge will be delighted to provide a fully Managed Service acting as Agents for you the Landlord. In addition to the services outlined above we will handle the collection of rent, provide an ongoing link to the Tenant in respect of repairs and problems along with carrying out regular, pre agreed Inspections of the property to protect your investment.
